PERFORMANCE BASED LEVEL SYSTEM
Each stylist at Daniel Ross Salon & Skin Care works on a performance based level system. We have six different levels of hair stylists. Every stylist is placed at a level depending on the demand of their time.
Our Level System permits a career path of growth and achievement for our team and also provides several options for your individual needs. We are staffed with a talented team of professionals at each level. Guests may choose the level that best fits their needs and their budget.
The level system is not reflected in the competency or creativity of each individual stylist. It also does not indicate the number of years a stylist has been in the industry.
Training is required for each member of Daniel Ross Salon & Skin Care and begins the moment they are hired and continues throughout their entire career with us. Along with education, our service providers achieve promotions based on guest satisfaction, guest retention, and performance.
